Description

Standard= Apartments or Standard Rooms, 1500mt from the sea;
SeaView= Apartments or Rooms with a beautiful SeaView , 1500mt from the sea;
Close SeaSide= Apartments 100mt from the sea;
SeaSide= Apartments 15mt from the sea;

Villa 2= Villa of 85mq c.a with garden of 100mq, 50mt from the sea;
Villa 1= Villa of 90mq c.a with 2 bathroom and garden of 300mq, 50mt from the sea;

NOTES

The apartment is equipped with:
190x75cm length wooden beds, blankets and pillows; bathroom with shower, sink, wc and bidet; kitchenette with utensils, plates, glasses and cutlery; dining table inside & outdoor.

Conditions

Arrival: within 5 pm
Departure: within 10 am

Minimum Stay of 2 days

E period (Highest Season)= minimum stay of 1 week (from saturday to saturday)

THE RATES DO NOT INCLUDE:

• BEDLINEN AND TOWELS: optional rent of bedlinen € 13,00 per person/change;
  towels: € 7,00 per person/change
• TV: € 35 per week
• Kitchenette Cleaning: 35 €
• Football and Tennis Court: € 5 per hour
• 3RD BED /BABYBED: on request, to pay directly in Hotel € 35 per week
• DOMESTIC ANIMALS: small pets are ammitted at € 35,00 (rate charged with discretion of management)
• TRANSFER SERVICE from/to harbour/airport (available on request):
  - From 8 am to 23 pm, € 30 ( for 2 persons per way );
  - From 23 pm to 8 am, € 50 ( for 2 persons per way );
• DEPOSIT: obligatory to pay on arrival,€ 100 refundable at departure
• ARRIVALS AFTER 10 PM: € 30, to communicate at the reservation's moment

CANCELLATIONS

For reservations made by mail or phone:

• 30% of the amount paid at the booking time is fully refundable if the cancellation is requested within 24 hours after booking time. After this time limit the payment is not refundable.

For Reservation made by our booking online (credit card details are only required as a guarantee):

• 14 days prior to arrival, will be charged 30% of the total amount;
• No shows will be charged 50% of the total amount;
• The departure before the end of booked stay is not refundable;

• Single Use Room Supplement: € 16 per day
• Drinks escluded in half and full board
• Rooms Cleaning: alternate days
• BEACH EQUIPMENT (deckchairs and umbrellas): to pay directly in the hotel
• FREE PARKING: uncared, inside the residence
• TRANSFER SERVICE from/to harbour/airport: on request, to pay directly in the Hotel
  - € 30 for 2 persons per way (from 8 am to 23 pm);
  - € 50 for 2 persons per way (from 23 pm to 8 am);
• ARRIVALS AFTER 10 PM : € 30, to communicate at the reservation's moment

Reductions (excluding highest season periods):

3RD Bed: Adults - 20%; Child until 8 years - 40%
4TH Bed: - 50%;
